在对SGZ880/800型刮板输送机主要结构及工作原理进行概述的基础上,利用UG和Workbench软件建立了圆环链的有限元模型。通过分析发现圆环链工作时的应力分布呈现出明显的不均匀性,根据拓扑优化结果可以将圆环链直线段外侧4 mm体积去除。以圆环链的最大应力为优化目标,以两个关键结构尺寸为优化对象开展响应面优化,最大应力降低至375。68 MPa,与原结构相比降低幅度为6。09%,质量也降低了 10。52%。将新的圆环链结构应用到煤矿实践中,通过8个月的现场应用,技术人员认为使用寿命可以提升20%以上。
Optimization Design of Circular Chain for Coal Mine Scraper Conveyor
Based on an overview of the main structure and working principle of the SGZ880/800 scraper conveyor,a finite element model of the circular link chain was established using UG and Workbench software.Through analysis,it was found that the stress distribution during the operation of the circular chain exhibits significant non-uniformity.Based on the topology optimization results,the outer 4mm volume of the linear segment of the circular chain can be removed.Taking the maximum stress of the circular chain as the optimization objective and two key structural dimensions as the optimization objects,response surface optimization was carried out.The maximum stress was reduced to 375.68MPa,which is 6.09%lower than the original structure,and the mass was also reduced by 10.52%.Applying the new circular chain structure to coal mine practice,technicians believe that the service life can be increased by more than 20%after 8 months of on-site application.
