Analysis and Optimisation of the Operating Performance of the Slewing Mechanism of Coal Mine Roadheaders
Taking the EBZ-300 longitudinal roadheader slewing mechanism as the research object, through three-dimensional modelling and finite element analysis method, the overall analysis of coal mine roadheader slewing mechanism operation performance is carried out,and it is determined that the current slewing table structure in the process of operation, there exists the problem that the stress value at the articulation is highly concentrated. In this regard, the combination of force analysis and genetic algorithm optimisation is used to optimise the slewing structure of the coal mine roadheader, with the focus on the optimisation objective of minimising the force, searching for the optimal value by adjusting the force arm,and ultimately optimising the position of the articulation point by optimising the position of the articulation point.Comparatively speaking, the stress value of the optimised slewing mechanism is significantly reduced, which indicates that this study is theoretically feasible.
