Performance Analysis and Structural Optimisation of Energy-Absorbing Components of Hydraulic Supports in Coal Mines
Taking the energy-absorbing member of coal mine anti-punching hydraulic support as the research object, using ABAQUS software to establish numerical model and analyse the performance of the member,it is found that the equivalent plastic strain at the local position is too large, which leads to large fluctuation of the load of the energy-absorbing member. For the locations with large plastic strains, the thickness of the steel plate is increased by 10 mm and the height is increased by 42 mm,which can improve the strength and stiffness of the corresponding areas. The optimised energy-absorbing members were analysed again by numerical modelling, and it was found that the load stability of the optimised energy-absorbing members was significantly improved, which greatly improved the performance of the members. The optimised energy-absorbing members are applied to the coal mine practice, and are found to achieve the expected results and produce good safety benefits.
