刮板输送机局部关键部件力学性能分析及其优化

为进一步探究刮板输送机关键部件力学性能特征,以SGB620/40T型刮板输送机为研究对象,对其容易出现损耗的链传动系统的关键部件进行力学性能分析,通过有限元分析方法确定了该结构容易出现磨损的问题,并进一步应用数学方法构建优化函数,对该结构进行优化。结果显示,优化后的链传动系统的变形量显著降低,由初始的7。998 mm 降低至0。8 mm以下。此次优化方法能够在理论上提高该刮板输送机链传动系统的运行性能。
Mechanical Properties Analysis and Optimization of Local Key Parts of a Scraper Conveyor
In order to further explore the mechanical properties of key components of the scraper conveyor,this paper takes the SGB620/40T scraper conveyor as the research object,and analyzes the mechanical properties of the local key component of the chain drive system,which is prone to wear,and determines the problem that the structure is prone to wear through the finite element analysis method,and further applies the mathematical method to construct the optimization function.The structure is optimized.The results show that the strain variable of the optimized chain drive system is significantly reduced,from the initial 7.998mm to less than 0.8mm.Therefore,it can be considered that the optimization method can theoretically improve the operating performance of the chain drive system of the scraper conveyor.
