Topology Optimisation of Coal Mine Anchor Drilling Rig Telescopic Track Based on Finite Element Method
Taking the telescopic track of coal mine anchor drilling rig as the research object, topology optimisation is carried out based on the finite element method. On the basis of the overview of the anchor drilling rig used in EBZ160 roadheader, the finite element model of the telescopic track was established based on Pro/E and ANSYS software. It was found that the stress and deformation of the telescopic track were relatively small, and the minimum value of the safety coefficient reached 1.696,which was especially significant for the fixed plate structure.Taking the fixed plate structure as the object,ANSYS was used to optimise the structure topology.According to the results the middle region of the fixed plate material is removed to reduce its weight by 40%.The optimised telescopic track has a minimum safety coefficient of 1.354 4,which can meet the usage requirements. The optimised anchor drilling rig was applied to the roadheading machine, and after 10 months'application,it was found that the operation stability of the drilling rig was good.
