矿用悬臂式采煤机截齿的优化分析

针对悬臂式掘进机在煤岩截割过程中存在的截齿磨损量大、截齿使用寿命低的问题,根据煤岩预裂及联合截割破煤理论,提出了一种新的集冲击和截割于一体的截齿,利用离散元仿真分析的方案对截齿液压冲击和联合破煤的过程进行了研究。根据实际应用表明,在采煤机截割滚筒上增加冲击截齿后,能够将截齿的使用寿命提升77。9%,将采煤机的截割效率提升14。1%。
Optimisation Analysis of Cut-Off Teeth of Mining Cantilever Coal Miner
Aiming at the problems of high wear and low service life of cut-off teeth in the process of coal rock cutting of cantilever type roadheader,according to the theory of coal rock pre-cracking and joint cutting and breaking of coal,a new cut-off tooth integrating impact and cutting is proposed,and the process of hydraulic impact and joint breaking of coal by the cut-off tooth is studied by using the programme of discrete element simulation and analysis.According to the practical application,it is shown that after adding impact cut-off teeth on the cutting drum of coal mining machine,the service life of the cut-off teeth can be improved by 77.9%,and the cutting efficiency of coal mining machine can be improved by 14.1%.
