酸泵机械密封失效原因分析及改造措施探究

摘要
酸泵是酸再生系统中的关键设备,装机量几十台左右,主要作用为工艺系统内部酸液循环及供给酸轧线再生酸.在实际生产处理使用过程中,由于操作不规范、机械密封组件磨损老化、维护保养不到位、安装精度不达标等原因,造成酸泵机械密封频繁泄漏,严重影响生产顺稳,增大了检修人员的劳动强度,增加了备件采购成本.结合酸再生现场酸泵实际使用情况,对酸泵机械密封泄漏原因进行了探讨与分析,为如何解决问题提供了思路和方法.
Abstract
Acid pump is the acid regeneration system in the key equipment,installed capacity of dozens of units,the main role of the process system for the internal acid circulation and supply of acid rolling line regeneration acid.In the actual production and treatment of the use of the process,due to the operation is not standardized,mechanical seal component wear and aging,maintenance is not in place,the installation accuracy is not up to standard and other reasons,resulting in frequent leakage of the mechanical seal of the acid pump,a serious impact on the production of smooth and stable,increasing the maintenance personnel's labour intensity,increased spare parts procurement costs.Combined with the actual use of acid regeneration site acid pumps,acid pump mechanical seal leakage causes are discussed and analysed,as how to solve the problem provides ideas and methods.
