高炉鼓风机喘振曲线的回归分析

河钢集团邯钢炼铁厂在高炉安装调试过程中,由于气温和大气压力的变化,时常发生设备喘振,鼓风效率无法满足高炉生产需要的压力。基于此,根据气温变化和气压影响,对高炉鼓风机输出压力及引起喘振的根本原因进行了认真分析,选择了 5组静叶角度对喉部压差与出口压力进行试验。经对数据进行相关回归分析,确定机组的喘振曲线及防喘振曲线,并进行了重新标定。经过投产运行,效果良好。
Regression Analysis of Blast Furnace Blower Surge Curve
HeSteel Group Handan Ironmaking Plant in the process of blast furnace installation and commissioning,due to the change of air temperature and atmospheric pressure,from time to time the equipment wheezing,the blower efficiency can not meet the pressure needed for the production of the blast furnace.Based on this,according to the change of temperature and the influence of air pressure,the output pressure of blast furnace blower and the root cause of wheezing were carefully analysed,and 5 groups of static lobe angles were selected to test the throat differential pressure and outlet pressure.After relevant regression analysis of the data,we determined the wheezing curve and anti-surge curve of the unit,and carried out re-calibration.After the commissioning operation,the effect is good.
