Analysis and Discussion on the Structure of Slagging Pipe of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler
This paper describes in detail the problems of the slag discharge pipe mouth deformation,expansion blockage,weld tear connecting with the distributor plate and leakage of the adjacent water cooling pipe on the distributor plate since the operation of the 240t/h class circulating fluidized bed boiler in a thermal power plant.By changing the structure of the distributor tube,changing the material of the distributor fin,changing the structure of the metal expansion joint,increasing the expansion reserve gap and other measures,the problems can be solved and the safety risks can be reduced to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the boiler.
