Assembly Accuracy of Gearbox Assembly Shaft System Based on Dynamic Dimensional Chain
The assembly of gearbox assembly is one of the key steps in automobile production,in order to improve the precision of gearbox assembly assembly,its assembly size chain is studied and analysed,the principle of dynamic size chain is introduced,the factors affecting the establishment of dynamic size chain are analysed,the original size chain of gearbox assembly shaft system is dynamically corrected,the dynamic size chain of axle system assembly is established,the specific factors affecting the calculation are carried out and the dynamic size chain of shaft system measurement is established,the dynamic size chain affecting the assembly of axle system is calculated and the dynamic size chain of shaft system assembly is established.The dynamic dimensional chain of axle system measurement is established,and the factors affecting the axle system assembly are fully considered,which theoretically improves the accuracy of the axle system assembly of the gearbox assembly and provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent simulation and test.
