Analysis of Anti-Deformation in the Manufacturing Process of Pressure Vessels
Pressure vessels play an extremely important role in industrial production and are closely related to the development of industrial production.At the same time,because most of the pressure vessels need to operate at high temperature and high pressure,so the manufacturing requirements of pressure vessels are very high.In the specific pressure vessel manufacturing process,may be due to processing error heat,cutting deformation,stress deformation,welding deformation and other issues such as deformation problems,affecting the quality of the pressure vessel,increasing the pressure vessel in the use of safety risks.Therefore,the article analyses the common deformation problems in the manufacture of pressure vessels,and puts forward relevant measures and suggestions to prevent deformation for reference.
