356 × 254旋压密封式制动缸主动润滑改造后缓解不良问题的研究与建议

为解决356×254旋压密封式制动缸主动润滑改造后存在的制动缸缓解不良问题,对制动缸前盖防水部位摩擦力、活塞密封部位摩擦力、缓解弹簧弹簧力等因素进行了研究验证,并对制动缸试验台感度试验时活塞初始动作的制动缸压力与缓解弹簧弹簧力的相关性进行了计算。结果表明该类型制动缸缓解不良的问题,不是单一配件或因素引起的问题,在改造检修过程中要控制各型配件的参数及其配合情况,并提出了增加缓解弹簧缓解力的建议。
356×254 Spin Sealed Brake Cylinder After Active Lubrication Modification Research and Suggestion on Mitigating Bad Problems
In order to solve the problem of poor brake cylinder relief that exists after the modification of 356 × 254 spin-seal brake cylinder active lubrication,factors such as friction in the waterproof part of the front cover of the brake cylinder,friction in the sealing part of the piston,and spring force of the relief spring were studied and verified,and the correlation between the initial action of the piston in the brake cylinder pressure during the brake cylinder test bench sensitivity test and the spring force of the relief spring was calculated.The results show that the problem of poor relief of this type of brake cylinder is not a problem caused by a single accessory or factor,and that it is necessary to control the parameters of each type of accessory and its co-ordination during the process of modification and overhaul,and to put forward a proposal to increase the relief spring relief force.
