基于永磁同步电机驱动的刮板输送机功率平衡控制

以双机驱动的刮板输送机为研究对象,介绍了永磁同步电机作为其驱动系统相对于异步电机的优势,选择最大转矩电流比控制作为驱动系统的控制方式,针对多电机刮板输送机功率不平衡问题,提出了采用转矩分配主从控制方式对其进行控制,最后在AMESim平台上搭建永磁同步电机双机驱动的刮板输送机模型,在MATLAB/Simulink上搭建永磁同步电机控制系统,对提出的最大转矩电流比控制和转矩分配主从控制方案进行仿真,结果验证了所提方案的可行性。
Power Balance Control of Scraper Conveyor Based on Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drive
Taking the double-machine-driven scraper conveyor as the research object,the advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor as its driving system compared with asynchronous motor are introduced,the maximum torque-current ratio control is selected as the control mode of the driving system,and for the power imbalance problem of the multi-motor scraper conveyor,the torque distribution master-slave control mode is proposed to control it,and finally the model of the double-machine-driven scraper conveyor with permanent magnet synchronous motor is constructed in AMESim platform,and the model of the double-machine-driven scraper conveyor in MATLAB/MATLAB is built in MATLAB/MATLAB.Finally,the scraper conveyor model with double-machine drive is built on AMESim platform,and the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is built on MATLAB/Simulink,and the proposed maximum torque-current ratio control and torque allocation master-slave control scheme are simulated,and the results verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
