Research on Error Prevention in Automotive Gearbox Assembly Process
The assembly performance of automotive gearbox directly affects the driving experience of the car.Taking the gearbox produced by a company as the research object,we introduced the production overview and the existing assembly process,researched the theoretical basis of the error prevention technology,analysed the FMEA error identification technology,analysed the assembly quality of the gearbox,identified the key problems of the assembly quality,and determined the main factors through FMEA for gear knocking,based on the principle of error prevention to carry out the study of error prevention programme,in order to improve the quality of gearbox assembly laid the foundation.
