为有效监视烟草制丝线加香加料雾化效果,避免因雾化不均给产品质量带来风险,通过设计一种香糖料喷嘴雾化效果在线监测装置,实现实时对加香加料喷嘴雾化效果进行判断.结果表明:该装置可在线对滚筒内喷嘴雾化情况进行实时有效监测,及时发现并警示喷嘴雾化的异常情况,有效提高卷烟加香加料的稳定性和均匀性,稳定烟丝质量,保障卷烟品质.
To effectively monitor the atomization effect of flavoring and feeding on tobacco production lines,and avoid risks to product quality caused by uneven atomization,an online monitoring device for the atomization effect of a sweetener nozzle is designed to achieve real-time judgment of the atomization effect of the flavoring and feeding nozzle.The results show that the device can monitor the atomization situation of the nozzle inside the drum in real-time and effectively,detect and warn of abnormal atomization of the nozzle in a timely manner,effectively improve the stability and uniformity of cigarette flavoring and feeding,stabilize the quality of cut tobacco,and ensure the quality of cigarettes.
