摘要
针对矿井中巷道掘进监控和预警不及时、错误率高等问题,通过开发硬件设备和完善软件应用,研制出了一套智能监控和安全预警系统,并将其应用于现场试验.结果表明,该系统可以有效监测掘进超循环作业、空顶作业、皮带机堆煤作业,误报率都低于5％,能够达到监测与预警效果的要求.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of untimely monitoring and early warning of roadway excavation in mines,such as high error rate,a set of intelligent monitoring and safety early warning system has been developed by developing hardware equipment and perfecting software application,and applied in field test.The results show that the system can effectively monitor the digging super-cycle operation,empty top operation,and coal stacking of belt conveyor,and the false alarm rates are all lower than 5％,which can meet the requirements of monitoring and early warning effect.
