Research on Mining Belt Tearing System Based on Gas Monitoring
Aiming at the characteristics of belt friction and decomposition and actual working conditions,a belt tear warning system for mining is designed to detect the type and concentration of gas generated by belt friction,determine the belt tear status,and carry out timely fault alarm and emergency disposal to achieve automatic shutdown of belt conveyor failure.The system is characterised by high reliability,rapid response and flexible replacement of equipment,providing effective guarantee for production safety.
