Design and Practical Application of Load Monitoring and Protection Device for Mining Hoists
Mine car falling,container jamming,loose rope and other problems often occur in the work of the hoist of the surface shaft of Yecheng Coal Mine,resulting in a number of hoisting safety accidents,causing casualties and property losses.Targeted design of a new type of hoist load monitoring and protection device,the hoist load monitoring and protection device structure,hardware analysis and elaboration.The device in the coal mine shaft over the installation,commissioning,operation,the results show that:load monitoring and protection device application can effectively monitor the hoist operation in real time,the abnormalities of the early warning,to ensure the safety and reliability of the operation of the hoist.
