摘要
基于店坪煤矿井筒安装的DTL120/60/2 ×400S型带式输送机在运输过程中无法实时对其故障检测以及保障报警,对带式输送机设计了一套运行状态监测系统,该系统通过用带速、温度、拉力等各类传感器实时监测输送机运行参数,通过纵撕、跑偏等开关量传感器监测运行故障,利用专用软件对其故障进行监测、指令发送等,从而进一步提高带式输送机运行状态自检自动化水平.
Abstract
Based on the DTL120/60/2×400S belt conveyor installed in the shaft of Dianping Coal Mine,which is unable to detect the faults in real time during the transport process and safeguard the alarms,a set of running condition monitoring system is designed for the belt conveyor.The system monitors the running parameters of the conveyor in real time by using various types of sensors,such as belt speed,temperature,tensile force,etc.,and monitors the running faults by using the longitudinal tearing,deflection,etc.,and uses special software to monitor the faults and send instructions to the belt conveyor.
