Design of Coal Mine Electromechanical Transport System Based on PLC Technology
Combined with the characteristics of coal mine electromechanics,a coal mine electromechanical transport system using PLC technology is designed.Firstly,the functional requirements and performance indexes of the system are determined by analysing the characteristics and demands of the coal mine electromechanical transport system.Secondly,PLC technology was adopted as the core controller of the system,and the hardware circuit and software control program of the system were designed to achieve the automatic control of the transport system.Then,a transport equipment state evaluation algorithm based on D-S evidence theory is proposed.Finally,the performance and feasibility of the system were verified through the practical application test of the designed system.The results show that the design of coal mine electromechanical transport system based on PLC technology can effectively improve the transport efficiency.
