采煤机大大提升了煤炭开采的效率,采煤机的截割部直接决定这采煤的实际工作效率。由于煤矿井下煤炭工作面的地址不同以及各地段所处的环境也不相同,因此采煤机摇臂在实际应用过程中需要对采煤机摇臂传动系统进行检验检查。在日常活动中要及时的观察其运行情况。以摇臂传动系统为研究对象,结合目前现有的故障情况,构建采煤机摇臂传动系统振动及故障监测平台,验证了其功能和功效,能够在井下开展实际工作,具有着深刻的实际意义。
Research on Vibration and Fault Monitoring of Rocker Arm Drive System of Coal Mining Machine
Coal mining machine greatly improves the efficiency of coal mining,and the cutting section of coal mining machine directly determines the actual working efficiency of coal mining.Due to the different addresses of the coal working face in the underground coal mine and the different environments in which each section is located,the rocker arm of the coal mining machine needs to be inspected and checked during the actual application of the coal mining machine rocker arm drive system.Its operation should be observed in a timely manner in daily activities.Taking the rocker arm transmission system as the research object,combined with the current existing fault situation,the vibration and fault monitoring platform of coal mining machine rocker arm transmission system is constructed,and its function and efficacy are verified,which is able to carry out the actual work in the underground,and it has a profound practical significance.
