考虑冲击载荷的刮板输送机张力控制系统研究

以煤矿用刮板输送机为研究对象,考虑设备运行时冲击载荷对张力的影响,设计了张力控制系统.该系统的核心为模糊PID控制技术,充分发挥了模糊控制和PID控制技术的优势,保障了系统的控制可靠性和精度.通过模拟仿真发现,模糊PID控制技术具有更高的控制精度,其响应时间大约在2s,可满足煤矿的实际使用要求.将张力控制系统部署到煤矿工程实践中,通过一年时间的实践应用,发现设备未出现任何跳链和堆链的故障问题,创造了很好的安全效益和经济效益.
Taking the scraper conveyor for coal mine as the research object,the tension control system is designed by considering the influence of impact load on tension when the equipment is running.The core of the system is fuzzy PID control technology,which gives full play to the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control technology and guarantees the control reliability and precision of the system.Through simulation,it is found that the fuzzy PID control technology has higher control accuracy,and its response time is about 2 s,which can meet the requirements of actual use in coal mines.Deploying the system into coal mine engineering practice,through one year's practical application,it was found that the equipment did not have any fault problems of chain skipping and chain stacking,creating good safety benefits and economic benefits.
