掘进巷道破碎围岩联合支护设计及应用

针对龙顶山煤矿15206回风顺槽掘进期间受邻近采空区、断层构造等集中应力叠加扰动破坏作用,导致巷道在420~470 m段顶板及两帮破碎严重,采用锚杆(索)支护效果差、支护失效率高等技术难题,通过技术研究,决定对破碎区围岩采取"JW型钢棚棚+桁架锚杆"联合支护,并采用随棚围岩监测系统对围岩变形量进行监测.应用效果表明,采用联合支护技术后,顶板及两帮破碎现象得到了明显控制,顶板下沉量控制在0.19 m以下,两帮收缩量控制在0.27 m以下,取得了显著应用成效.
Application of Joint Support Design for Crushed Perimeter Rock in Roadway Excavation
Aiming at the Longdingshan Coal Mine 15206 back to the wind during the tunneling by the neighbouring air-mining zone,fault structure and other concentrated stress superimposed disturbing damage,resulting in the roadway in the 420-470 m section of the roof and two gangs of the serious crushing,the use of anchor rods(ropes)to support the effect of poor support,the support failure rate and other technical difficulties,through technical research,decided to take"JW"for the crushed peripheral rock.Through technical research,it is decided to adopt"JW steel shed+truss anchor"joint support for the peripheral rock in the broken area,and use the peripheral rock monitoring system with the shed to monitor the peripheral rock deformation.The application effect shows that,after the adoption of the joint support technology,the phenomenon of top plate and gang crushing is obviously controlled,the amount of the top plate sinking is controlled at less than 0.19 m,and the amount of the two gangs'shrinkage is controlled at less than 0.27 m,which has achieved remarkable application results.
