摘要
针对供水厂设备维修中水泵机械密封技术的应用进行了探讨和分析.介绍了研究的背景和目的,根据机械密封效果的主要影响因素,进行实例论证分析,验证了水泵机械密封技术在供水厂设备维修中的重要作用和应用价值.该研究成果对于提高供水厂设备维修中水泵机械密封技术的应用水平,提升设备维修质量和效率具有重要的指导意义;同时从近6年的实际运行来看,水泵可维持良好的运行状态,有效解决了水泵密封性差、耐久性不足的问题,达到节能的效果,且减轻了检维修人员的工作强度.
Abstract
The application of pump mechanical sealing technology in water supply plant equipment maintenance is discussed and analysed.The background and purpose of the research are introduced,and according to the main influencing factors of mechanical sealing effect,examples are demonstrated and analysed to verify the important role and application value of water pump mechanical sealing technology in water supply plant equipment maintenance.The research results for improving the water supply plant equipment maintenance pump mechanical seal technology application level,enhance the quality and efficiency of equipment maintenance is of great significance;at the same time,from the actual operation of nearly 6 years,the pump can maintain a good state of operation,effectively solve the problem of poor sealing of water pumps,durability is insufficient to achieve the effect of energy saving,and reduces the intensity of work of inspection and maintenance personnel.
