基于双目视觉的LCD包边机上料运输智能控制方法

针对现有控制方法应用下LCD包边机上料运输时存在控制精度较低,贴附精度、胶带包角长度对应能力等均无法满足实际生产所需的问题,引入双目视觉技术,开展对LCD包边机上料运输智能控制方法的设计研究.为确保LCD包边机上料轨迹平滑、运动稳定,对LCD包边机上料运输轨迹规划;结合双目视觉技术,对LCD包边机上运输物料图像识别;结合识别到的图像,实现视觉伺服上料运输模糊控制.通过对比实验证明,新的控制方法应用下,控制效果可以达到预期要求,贴附精度得到提升,胶带包角长度对应能力、胶带包角宽度对应能力、胶带贴附宽度对应能力、胶带反折宽度对应能力均能够满足包边工艺需求.
Intelligent Control Method for Loading and Transportation of LCD Binding Machine Based on Binocular Vision
In response to the problems of low control accuracy,inadequate adhesion accuracy,and the ability to correspond to the length of the tape wrap angle during the loading and transportation of LCD edge banding machines under the application of existing control methods,binocular vision technology is introduced to carry out the design and research of intelligent control methods for the loading and transportation of LCD edge banding machines.To ensure smooth and stable feeding trajectory and movement of the LCD edging machine,plan the feeding and transportation trajectory of the LCD edging machine;Combining binocular vision technology to recognize the image of materials transported on the LCD edging machine;By combining the identified images,achieve visual servo feeding and transportation fuzzy control.Through comparative experiments,it has been proven that under the application of the new control method,the control effect can meet the expected requirements,and the adhesion accuracy has been improved.The ability to correspond to the length and width of the tape wrap angle,the width of the tape wrap angle,the width of the tape wrap angle,and the folding width of the tape can all meet the requirements of the edge wrapping process.
