Based on the influence of X4 fallen pillar during the tunneling of 153 return air lane in Pingquan coal mine,the roof plate is broken and leakage phenomenon occurs after entering into the fallen pillar area,which leads to the difficulty in supporting the roof plate of the roadway,the failure of the anchor rods(ropes)and the deformation of the surrounding rock and other technical difficulties,through technical research,the roof plate of the fallen pillar area and the two gangs of the support are reasonably optimised,and the roof plate adopts the"double-beam steel shed+step combination anchor ropes+walking anchor ropes shed".Through the technical research,we optimise the support for the roof and the two gangs in the trapped column area,and adopt"double beam steel shed+step combination anchor cable+towards anchor cable shed"joint support measures for the roof,and"through the gang anchor cable+hydrodynamic expansion anchor"joint support for the peripheral rock of the gangs,and through the actual application effect,the deformation rate and deformation amount of the roof and gangs are significantly reduced after the adoption of the joint support technology,with the maximum subsidence of the roof being 175 mm,and the maximum deformation of both gangs being 175 mm.After adopting the joint support technology,the deformation rate and deformation amount of the roof and the gang were significantly reduced,the maximum sinking amount of the roof was 175 mm,and the maximum convergence amount of the two gangs was 240 mm,which achieved remarkable application results.
