摘要
为保证刮板输送机安全稳定运行,设计了刮板输送机自动张紧液压系统.首先,根据自动张紧液压系统的结构和工作原理进行了系统设计.然后,根据设计使用AMESim软件进行了仿真建模.最后,使用模型对自动张紧液压系统伸出工况和收缩工况分别进行仿真模拟,有效地提升了刮板输送机的自动化,为今后自动张紧液压系统的设计提供了理论基础.
Abstract
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the scraper conveyor,the automatic tensioning hydraulic system of the scraper conveyor is designed.Firstly,the system design is carried out according to the structure and working principle of the automatic tensioning hydraulic system.Then,according to the design,AMESim software is used for simulation modeling.Finally,the model is used to simulate the extension and contraction conditions of the automatic tensioning hydraulic system,which effectively improves the automation of the scraper conveyor and provides a theoretical basis for the design of the automatic tensioning hydraulic system in the future.
