Simulation and Experimental Study of Variable Amplitude Counterbalance Valve
In order to improve the safety and stability of the luffing system of the truck crane,the composition and working principle of the luffing system,the internal structure of the luffing counterbalance valve and the influence of its damping hole size on the system are studied.Based on AMESim to build the balance valve and luffing system simulation model,analysed the influence of P,T port damping hole changes on the system,and verified the accuracy of the simulation model through the test.The research results show that:the P port damping hole is large,the spool movement speed is fast,and the cylinder pressure establishment time is short;the T port damping hole is large,and the counterbalance valve pressure relief time is fast.And it is verified by test that the effect is optimal when the diameter of the P-port damping hole of the counterbalance valve is 0.7 mm and the diameter of the T-port damping hole is 0.3 mm.
