Transient Dynamics Analysis of Key Structure of New Buffer Device of Induction Rope
Aiming at the problem that the key structure of buffer device of induction rope winch is prone to damage,a transient dynamic analysis method of the key structure of the new buffer device of induction rope is introduced by taking SQ100/110WY induction rope winch as an example.The analysis method adopts SolidWorkw software and ANSYS software,after constructing the finite element model of the key structure of the buffer device through the two software,the structural dynamics and fatigue life are analyzed respectively to find out the weak points in the structure,so as to provide support for the optimization of the structural design,and to reduce the chances of damage to the key structure of the buffer device.
