摘要
以某型号压带带式输送机为研究对象,介绍一种适用于压带带式输送机输送带影响因素分析的仿真分析方法.此方法可实现煤矿压带带式输送机的力学性能和影响输送带因素分析.其中输送带力学性能分析包含变形分析和应力分析;影响输送带因素分析时从覆压带压紧力、托辊间距、物料压紧力等角度确认输送带影响因素.将仿真分析方法应用于工程实践,确认仿真分析方法具备较强应用价值.
Abstract
Taking a certain type of pressure belt conveyor as an example,a simulation analysis method is introduced,which is applicable to the analysis of factors affecting the conveyor belt of pressure belt conveyor.This method can achieve the mechanical properties of the coal mine pressure belt conveyor and the analysis of factors affecting the conveyor belt.The mechanical property analysis of conveyor belt includes deformation analysis and stress analysis;the analysis of factors affecting the conveyor belt confirms the influence factors of conveyor belt from the angles of compression force of overlay belt,spacing of rollers,and compression force of materials.The simulation analysis method is applied to engineering practice,which confirms that the simulation analysis method has strong application value.
