Research on Vibration Suppression of Floor-Type Coal Mine Hoist
JKMD3.25 × 4(Ⅱ)type floor-type multi-rope friction coal mine hoist as the object of study,combined with its actual operation to establish the hoist on the vibration of the parameter model,and this model as the basis for its vibration characteristics of the simulation analysis,according to the results of the analysis of the floor-type coal mine hoist to determine the existence of a more typical longitudinal vibration problems.In this regard,based on the problem orientation,a tensioning wheel controlled by a hydraulic cylinder is installed below the upper sheave and on the right side of the hoisting wire rope,and the vibration control law of the hoist is designed to realize vibration suppression.From the results of simulation analysis,the vibration suppression technology program is more effective in reducing the vibration of floor-type coal mine hoist,so it will also have potential application value in the field of coal mine engineering.
