采煤机喷雾水路增压方案设计及比对分析

为解决山西某矿5706综采工作面MG170/410-WD采煤机喷雾水路压力过低引起的喷嘴堵塞、降尘及冷却效果差等问题,提出并优选喷雾水路增压方案。结合采煤机喷雾需要并从动力源、安装位置、经济性、结构复杂程度以及可靠性等方面进行比对确定将液压马达驱动方案应用到采煤机喷雾水路增压中,并对增压方案结构及应用效果进行分析。现场应用后,采煤机喷雾管路水压保持在3 MPa以上,喷雾压力明显增大,在提升喷雾及冷却效果方面表现出显著优势,同时采煤机截割齿消耗量也得以明显降低,表明现场使用的喷雾水路增压方案取得较好应用效果。
Design and Comparison of Coal Mining Machine Spray Water Circuit Pressurization Scheme
In order to solve the problems of nozzle clogging,dust reduction and poor cooling effect caused by the low pressure of spray water circuit of MG170/410-WD coal miner in 5706 comprehensive mining face,the spray water circuit pressurization scheme is proposed and preferred.Combined with the needs of coal mining machine spraying and from the power source,installation location,economy,structural complexity and reliability,etc.to determine the hydraulic motor drive program applied to the coal mining machine spray water booster,and analyze the structure and application effect of the booster program.After the field application,the water pressure of the spray line of the coal mining machine is kept above 3 MPa,the spray pressure is obviously increased,which shows a significant advantage in enhancing the spraying and cooling effect,and at the same time,the consumption of the cutting teeth of the coal mining machine can be obviously reduced,which shows that the spraying and water booster program used in the field has achieved a better application effect.
