Comparative Study on Energy Saving Effect of Centrifugal Pump under Different Regulation Modes
In order to improve the operation of centrifugal pump energy-saving stability,reduce energy consumption.In this paper,the energy-saving effect is compared and analyzed by selecting the throttle and variable speed regulation conditions.When throttling regulation is adopted,the flow and streamline distribution in the pump are disordered with the increase of flow regulation range.With the increase of high turbulent kinetic energy area and intensity,especially the increase of turbulent kinetic energy of impeller channel and inlet flow field,the hydraulic loss is large and the energy consumption is serious.When variable speed regulation is adopted,the flow rate in the pump and the flow line distribution in the inlet section are improved,and the speed and turbulent kinetic energy are reduced,and the distribution is relatively uniform,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
