ZY12000/28/63D Hydraulic Support Column Mechanical Property Analysis
Taking ZY12000/28/63D hydraulic support as an example,a simulation analysis method suitable for mechanical properties and fatigue life analysis of remanufactured double-telescopic columns is introduced.This method realizes the simulation analysis of mechanical properties and fatigue life of hydraulic support remanufactured double telescopic columns,and considers the influence of mechanical properties of various remanufactured double telescopic columns in the mechanical analysis.In order to test the application value of the simulation analysis method,an industrial test method is introduced in the study,and then it is confirmed that the simulation analysis method has high analytical accuracy.
