摘要
基于Haar小波去噪方法,对减速器振动测试信号滤除噪声,降噪后对时域信号进行快速傅里叶变换,从时域和频域两个方面对减速器的运行状态进行分析诊断.以某矿用减速器为研究对象,在其检修环节使用所述方法检测各原部件损伤情况.
Abstract
Based on the Haar wavelet denoising method,the noise is filtered out from the vibration test signal of the reducer,and the fast Fourier transform is carried out on the time-domain signal after the noise reduction to analyse and diagnose the operation status of the reducer from both the time domain and the frequency domain.Taking a mining reducer as the research object,the described method is used to detect the damage of each original component in its maintenance link.
