摘要
为替代人工从事高空危险工作,设计了一款为清洗高空玻璃幕墙而设计的全自动化机械结构.该机构分为卷扬机和清洗机构两大部分,在满足安全的前提下,追求环保、高效、安全、自动化的清洗方式,追求轻量化、标准化、自动化、参数化的设计理念.该设计结构巧妙合理,可以一人操作多台设备,大大节省了人力,同时能提高工作效率.
Abstract
A fully automated mechanical structure designed for cleaning high altitude glass curtain walls is designed to replace manual work at high altitude and dangerous work.The mechanism is divided into two major parts,the winch and the cleaning mechanism,the winch part of the layered design;the movement mode of the cleaning mechanism,the cleaning function of the design optimisation under the premise of meeting the safety of the improvement of the cleaning method,the pursuit of lightweight,standardization,automation,parameterization of the design concept.The design structure is ingenious and reasonable,and one person can operate multiple equipments,which greatly saves manpower,and at the same time can improve the working efficiency.
