针对现有灯杆清洁方式存在的劳动强度大、效率低、清理效果不佳等问题,为了实现城市灯杆清洁的自动化,基于Creo和Keyshot软件平台,设计了一款攀爬式灯杆清洁装置,对其工作原理和机构设计进行了介绍。该设备主要由智能导航小车、攀爬装置、清洁装置、废屑收集装置四部分组成,可用于对城市灯杆大规模清洁,以期该研究为相关行业提供技术参考。
Design of Climbing Lamp Pole Cleaning Device
Aiming at the problems of high labour intensity,low efficiency and bad cleaning effect of the existing lamp post cleaning methods,in order to realize the automation of urban lamp post cleaning,based on Creo and Keyshot software platform,a climbing lamp post cleaning device is designed,and its working principle and mechanism design are introduced.The device is mainly composed of four parts:intelligent navigation trolley,climbing device,cleaning device and waste chip collection device,which can be used for large-scale cleaning of urban light poles,with a view to providing technical references for related industries.
