设计的高效油水分离装置主要由储水箱、分离箱及缓冲结构及等结构组成.通过缓冲结构中的狭长状通孔减缓水流进入第一送水管的速度,再加上在第一送水管上设置了截止阀,从而精准控制油水混合物进入分离装置的速度,降低油水混合物的动能,使得沉降难度降低,油水混合物能更好地分离.同时,分离箱中设置的吸油棉使油水混合物进一步提高.
Design of Efficient Oil-Water Separation Device
The high-efficiency oil-water separation device designed in this paper is mainly composed of water storage tank,separation box,buffer mechanism and other structures.Through the narrow through hole in the buffer mechanism,the speed of water flow into the first feed pipe is slowed down,and the stop valve is set on the first feed pipe,so as to accurately control the speed of the oil and water mixture into the separation device,reduce the kinetic energy of the oil and water mixture,so that the settlement difficulty is reduced,and the oil and water mixture can be better separated.At the same time,the oil-absorbing cotton is arranged in the separation tank to further improve the oil-water mixture.
