Research and Application of Dust Collecting and Dedusting Devices for Coke Interceptor Trucks
In coal chemical industry,cokemaking,as a more polluting activity,needs to control the soot pollution in production with the help of effective dust collection and dedusting devices to ensure the greenness of the coal chemical process.For this purpose,the basic situation and requirements of coke oven and coke stopping vehicle are introduced,and the design basis and operation index of dust collection and dust removal device are proposed.The structure and function of the main devices of the dust collection device(U-tube and water-sealed dust collection trunk)are analysed,and the structure and characteristics of the main devices of the dust removal system(dust removal fan and pulse-jet bag filter)are studied.The effect of the dust collection and dust removal device of the coke stopping vehicle is verified,and its dust capture efficiency is up to 99％,which can effectively control the pollution of smoke and dust.
