为了解决皮带机转接点处溜槽堵塞及流程挡板易冻结,影响皮带机运行安全的难题,在对溜槽堵塞、流程挡板冻结原因进行分析的基础上提出了优化方案。通过在溜槽外侧设置振动电机的方法来解决堵斗及挡板的冻结难题,同时通过在电机底座焊接放射状的筋板来加强对振动力的传导,增加了振动防堵效果。根据实际应用表明,优化后能够有效地解决溜槽的堵塞和挡板冻结问题,显著提升了皮带机的运行稳定性和经济性。
Optimisation Study of Anti-Clogging Structure of Belt Conveyor Chute
In order to solve the problems of chute blockage and process baffle freezing at the transfer point of the belt conveyor,which affect the operation safety of the belt conveyor,an optimisation scheme is proposed on the basis of the analysis of the causes of chute blockage and process baffle freezing.By setting vibration motor on the outside of the chute to solve the problem of blocking bucket and baffle freezing,and at the same time,by welding radial rib plate on the base of the motor to strengthen the transmission of vibration force,increasing the vibration effect of blocking prevention.According to the practical application,the optimisation can effectively solve the blockage of the chute and the freezing problem of the baffle plate,and significantly improve the operational stability and economy of the belt conveyor.
