Optimization Analysis of Reversing Drum of Belt Conveyor in Coal Mine
Taking DSJ120/200/3 × 250 mining belt conveyor as an example,an optimization method for reversing drum of mine belt conveyor is proposed.First of all,the finite element model of the reversing drum is built using ANSYS software,and then based on this,the static characteristics,weld stress characteristics and fatigue life of the reversing drum are analyzed respectively through the setting of constraints and loads,so as to determine the deficiencies of the reversing drum,and then the corresponding optimization scheme is designed to improve the performance of the reversing drum.Provide help for the safe and stable operation of the whole conveyor.
