Design and Mechanical Analysis of Cutter Disc of Mining Pipe Jacking Machine
In order to further explore the optimal design strategy of the cutter of mining pipe jacking machine,through the study and reference to the existing experience and research literature,and combined with the general needs of coal mining enterprises in the application of pipe jacking machine,the optimisation design of the cutter of mining pipe jacking machine is carried out,and the main design parameters are determined;and then,through the finite element analysis,it is determined that the cutter of the mining pipe jacking machine meets the expected needs theoretically.Finally,the cutter is tested in practice,and the results show that a number of performance parameters of the cutter are at a better level,indicating that the design of the cutter of the mine pipe jacking machine has achieved initial success.
