介绍了承德钒钛棒线厂二棒材18号联合减速机稀油油量的理论计算方法,并得出数值.通过理论数值与实际数值的比较,得出减速机漏油的一个主要原因.用此数据指导实践,优化减速机实际流量,节约成本.
Abstract
The theoretical calculation method of thin oil quantity of No.18 combined reducer of No.2 bar of Chengde vanadium and titanium bar line plant is introduced,and the numerical value is derived.By comparing the theoretical values with the actual values,a main reason for the oil leakage of the reducer is derived.This data is used to guide practice and optimize the actual flow rate of the reducer to save costs.
