摘要
对立式推力滑动轴承的结构进行了分析,针对传统立式推力滑动轴承散热差、换热效率低、检修频繁等问题对轴承进行了推力瓦设计、油路改进设计以及油水冷却器设计,最终对新型立式推力滑动轴承进行总体结构设计;基于试验方案对传统与新型推力滑动轴承进行了性能试验研究,验证了新型推力滑动轴承的可靠性,为后续轴承的改进提供了一定的理论基础.
Abstract
The structure of vertical thrust plain bearings was analyzed,and for the problems of poor heat dissipation,low heat exchange efficiency and frequent maintenance of traditional vertical thrust plain bearings,the design of thrust tiles,improved design of oil circuits and design of oil-water cooler were carried out,and finally the overall structure of the new vertical thrust plain bearings was designed;based on the experimental program,the performance of the traditional and the new thrust plain bearings were tested and the reliability of the new thrust plain bearings was verified,and the new thrust plain bearings were designed for the subsequent bearings,and the performance of the new thrust plain bearings was tested.Based on the test program,the performance test of traditional and new thrust plain bearings was carried out to verify the reliability of the new thrust plain bearings,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the subsequent improvement of the bearings.
