Topology Optimisation Study on the Skidding Frame of the Cutting Device of an Integrated Digging and Anchoring Machine
Taking the skidding frame in the cutting device of JM340 type digging-anchor integrated machine as the research object, the skidding frame is optimised and improved based on the advanced topology optimisation technology and HYPER WORKS finite element software. The results of topology optimisation show that the topological values of the skidding frame are very different, which indicates that the force in different areas during operation is not uniform.Structural optimisation was carried out by installing reinforcement bars on both sides of the riser plate, installing reinforcement bars in the region of the hollowing cylinder connecting seat box,and removing the material in the middle region of the guide sleeve connecting box,and the weight of the optimised skid frame was reduced by 3%.Through the cumulative application for 1 year,it is found that the slip frame has good operational stability and can improve its service life.
