基于有限元方法和拓扑优化方法对刮板输送机的圆环链进行研究。首先基于ANSYS Workbench软件建立圆环链的有限元模型,经分析发现最大应力和应变主要集中在圆弧内侧,直圆柱外侧部分的应力和应变较小。以圆环链的整体质量为优化目标开展拓扑优化工作,同时考虑圆环链的加工成本,确定的优化方案为在直圆柱外侧部分去除4mm厚度,使得圆环链的质量降低了 3。8%。将优化后的圆环链结构应用到刮板输送机中,并进行6个月时间的实践测试,达到了预期效果。
Topology Optimisation Study on Circular Chain of Scraper Conveyor based on Finite Element Method
The circular chain of scraper conveyor is studied based on finite element method and topology optimisation method.Firstly,the finite element model of the circular chain is established based on ANSYS Workbench software,and it is found that the maximum stress and strain are mainly concentrated in the inner part of the circular arc,and the stress and strain in the outer part of the straight cylinder are smaller.Taking the overall mass of the chain as the optimisation objective,and considering the processing cost of the chain,the optimised solution is to remove 4 mm thickness from the outer part of the straight cylinder,which reduces the mass of the chain by 3.8%.The optimised circular chain structure was applied to the scraper conveyor and was tested in practice for a period of 6 months,achieving the expected results.
