注浆系统的设计与选择是煤矿防灭火工作的关键,随着矿井服务年限的增长,矿井采空区逐渐增多,需要更合理的注浆设备对采空区自燃煤层进行防治。大运华盛煤业对原注浆系统进行了升级优化,设计出集运料、搅拌、注浆为一体的KDZS-1型多功能煤矿防灭火注浆系统,并对各煤层的注浆线路和注浆量进行了设计计算,实践结果显示,注浆后的CO浓度大幅下降,有效解决了原系统注浆效率低、成本高等问题,对于类似条件下防灭火注浆系统的改造具有积极意义。
Design and Application of KDZS-1 Multifunctional Grouting System
The design and selection of the grouting system is the key to the fire prevention and extinguishing work in coal mines.With the growth of the service life of the mine,the mine's hollow area is gradually increasing,and more reasonable grouting equipment is needed for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal seams in the hollow area.Dayun Huasheng Coal Mine upgraded and optimised the original grouting system,designed the KDZS-1 multifunctional coal mine fire extinguishing grouting system integrating material transport,mixing and grouting,and designed and calculated the grouting line and grouting volume for each coal seam.The practical results show that the CO concentration after grouting has decreased significantly,effectively solving the problems of low grouting efficiency and high cost of the original system,which has positive significance for the renovation of fire extinguishing grouting system under similar conditions.It is of positive significance for the transformation of fire prevention grouting system under similar conditions.
