Modification Research on Anti-Runaway Roller of Belt Conveyor
Anti-bias rollers are mainly used in the belt conveyor of the working face of Xishan Coal and Electricity Group Xiqu Mine to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the belt.From the application practice,the wear and tear of the roller skin and anti-bias mouth parts are more serious,and the average service life of the anti-bias roller is only 7 months.The original anti-bias roller has been modified from the main shaft,anti-bias nozzle and roller skin,and the results show that the application of the modified anti-bias roller has effectively solved the belt deflection phenomenon of the main coal belt conveyor,and the service life of the anti-bias roller has been increased to 20 months,with significant safety and economic benefits.
