Finite Element Analysis and Optimization Study of Double-Tension Cable Frame of Belt Transfer Machine
Taking TL8R-2 belt transfer machine as an example,a finite element analysis and optimization method of double-tie rack of belt transfer machine is introduced.The method first uses the original structural parameters of the double cable frame,material properties,etc.to construct a finite element model of the frame,and then based on this,the software automatically simulates and analyzes the force distribution of the frame,to find out the position of the frame that is prone to damage,and then puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme.Through the application of finite element analysis and optimization scheme,the force level of the rack can be optimized and the total weight of the rack can be reduced,which confirms that the method has certain application value.
