Static and Modal Analysis of Biaxial Spiral Components of Thin Seam Coal Mining Machine
Taking MZ110/235 coal mining machine as an example,a method of static and modal analysis of biaxial spiral parts of thin coal seam mining machine based on finite element analysis is introduced.First of all,the specification size of the biaxial spiral parts,material properties and other related parameters are added to the CREO software,which constructs a three-dimensional model of the spiral parts,and automatically analyzes the static and modal characteristics of the spiral parts by dividing the mesh and adding the load through the ANSYS software in order to find out the weak points of the spiral parts,which will provide support for the optimization of the design of the spiral parts and make the whole coal mining machine operate better.Coal mining machine to run better.
